Our unit had just about the best wifi connection we've ever encountered at a hotel on the Oregon Coast.
We were able to work remotely from our room without any connection issues. The unit does feel like a residential condo that you could live in a for a while and call home. The area is really quiet and surrounded by trees, making for a very different hotel experience than one would find elsewhere in Newport, such as the Nye Beach area. Great location - hotel and our room right on the rocky shoreline. We could see the waves breaking out our window.

Convenience was the primary motivator for us in staying here - it was at the right point in our trip down the southern Oregon coast to stop for the night. Staffs were very friendly. My son enjoyed playing board game in the reception area. The dog friendly room was super clean! I cannot recommend highly enough. It was super convenient along the Oregon Coast Highway. Staff was super helpful accepting and holding a package for us and also getting us a rollaway. The casino was ok. I like the craps machines best. The slots sucked my money away quickly.
This is one of our favorite places to go on the Oregon Coast. The hotel itself has been a great deal sitting on the beachfront in Lincoln City. While it hasn't been the most high end hotel, it has always been comfortable, and adequate given the cost. This year - our experience changed dramatically. Amazing Resort! They are really trying to step lodging on the Oregon coast up a notch from the tired old 80's hotels with bad clam chowder that dot the coast.
The food selections at the market are fantastic and well priced too! The room was very clean and Damon at the front desk was wonderful. He was incredibly nice and full of suggestions on how to maximize our visit to Seaside.
